Refund Processing Time:
Once your returned product is received and examined, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after the returned product is examined. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return:

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether it be through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
